Sportsman Cap Return Policy
SPORTSMAN CAP RETURNS POLICY (DROP SHOP ITEMS ONLY): Below are per SMC and cannot be altered by Mission Imprintables. If you have a problem or discrepancy with any order, contact our Mission Imprintables customer service department at (800) 480-0800. Please have your invoice available for reference.
- Headwear: Only full dozens (per style per color) in poly bags and inner boxes. Broken dozens and samples are non-returnable.
- Bags: Must be returned in full original packaging. Samples are non-returnable.
- All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum $25.00). There can be no waiving or reducing of this fee. If the return is not packaged properly it may be subject to additional restocking fees.
- No returns accepted without a return authorization number (RA#) or after 30 days from receipt of goods.
- No returns on embroidered or printed caps and bags. Garments should be inspected and style, color and quantity of caps and bags should be verified prior to decorating.
- All claims for shortages or defective merchadise must be made within (7) seven business days of receipt of merchandise.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- No returns accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). RA# may be obtained from Mission Imprintables Customer Service.
